The LEX-2000 all-in-one ATSC headend solution provides multi-program MPEG-2 encoding, transport stream multiplexing, and PSIP management in a 2RU chassis – ideally suited for LPTV and Disaster Recovery applications.
Overview
LEX-2000 Encoder
LEX-2000 uses a dedicated hardware-based platform with all the necessary IO available on the rear panel of the unit. The LEX-2000 can be licensed to encode from 2 to 8 video/audio programs in a combination of either SD or HD formats.
In addition to program encoding, the product also multiplexes the program content with static or optional dynamic PSIP data. LEX-2000 provides a simple, yet powerful GUI that allows the user to configure and operate the platform with a simple web browser.
The LEX-2000 is licensed to your needs and field upgrades can be added at any time in the future should you want to add extra SD or HD programs.
